Seviyan Kheer Recipe - Yummy delicious Indian kheer recipe with Seviyan.
  • Vermicelli : 1/2 cup
  • Milk : 1/2 liters
  • Ghee : 1 tbsp
  • Almond : 10 grams
  • Raisin : 10 grams
  • Sugar : 1/4 cup
  1. Heat ghee/ clarified butter in a kadai and once the ghee is hot add vermicelli.
  2. Roast the vermicelli till golden brown. Keep stirring or else it might burn.
  3. Once the vermicelli is roasted, add milk and cook for about 5 min. Add the milk carefully as it might spill over.
  4. Add sugar to seviyan kheer and cook till milk reduces to 1/4.
  5. Then add dry fruit of your choice. Serve warm or chilled.
