Raw mango onion chutney - A tangy side dish made fro raw mango and onion with few Indian spices.
  • Raw mango:1/2 cup
  • Onion: 1/2 cup
  • Fresh coriander: 1/3 cup
  • Roasted cumin powder: 1 tsp
  • Water: 2 tbsp
  • Sugar: 1 tsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  1. Peel the raw mangoes and cut into medium size pieces.
  2. Slice the onions into medium pieces. Chop the coriander leaves (cilantro).
  3. Take all the ingredients in mixture grinder.
  4. Add salt, sugar and roasted cumin powder.
  5. Blend into smooth paste.
  6. Raw mango onion chutney is ready.
