Kachi Keri Sharbat Recipe, Raw Mango Sharbat for Summer

Kachi Keri Sharbat Recipe - A cooling summer drink or sharbat made from raw mango, mint and rock salt.
  • Raw mango (Kachi keri): 1/2 cup
  • Mint (Phudina): 10 leaves
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin powder: 1 tsp
  • Rock salt: 1 tsp
  • Water: 3 cups
  1. Wash and cut the raw mangoes into medium size pieces.
  2. Take raw mango pieces in a mixture/food processor jar and add sugar, mint leaves, roasted cumin powder and rock salt.
  3. Add water and blitz into smooth juice.
  4. Using a strainer, strain the juice and remove any solid parts.
  5. Kachi keri sharbat is ready.
  6. Pour the kachi keri sharbat into glasses and add ice cubes. Serve chilled.
  7. Optionally add raw mango chunks into the sharbat while serving.
